  • Should have the valid ID (National Identity Card or Resident Card)
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Central Bank of Oman and Sultanate of Oman.

As a user/Customer, you agree to:

  • Use the services only for lawful purposes.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt our systems or networks.
  • Engaging in activities that violate third-party rights.

11. Call Centre/Customer Support

  • OMPAY has a Call Centre and a Chatting Feature built into the Mobile Wallet Solution set up to receive and deal with users’ calls and queries.
  • You hereby permit OMPAY to record Your telephone calls to the Call Centre for transaction verifications, records and quality control.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

  • Data Deletion Users can delete their user credentials directly through the app.
  • Data Retention Period: Data retention period in our servers will be 10 years as per Central Bank and legal obligations.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muscat, Oman.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
