The OMPAY brand, logos, software, content, and design are owned by OMPAY or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and website for personal, lawful purposes. All other rights are reserved.
Any feedback, suggestion, or content you submit may be used by OMPAY to improve services, subject to applicable privacy law. You confirm you have the right to share any content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
The app and website may include links to or integration with third-party services, including merchants, billers, and partner platforms. OMPAY does not control these third parties and does not endorse their content. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
We work to keep services available, but downtime can occur for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability where we have acted within industry standards.
OMPAY provides the services on an as-is and as-available basis. Within the limits permitted by Omani law:

This policy is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The courts of Oman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this policy, subject to Central Bank of Oman complaint mechanisms.
